Team to play Tenby United

Tycroes host Tenby United in Division One West this afternoon. (2:30pm)

It’s a welcome return to club rugby, 4 weeks on since our last outing & victory against Penclawdd.

Good News the Cae Gelli pitch has passed this morning’s inspection and is good to go.

Tycroes make a number of changes from that hard fought 14-12 success against Penclawdd. Half Backs Dean Bromham and Aled James are reunited with Luc Rees reverting to his more accustomed centre position. Former Scarlets & Wales Rugby League captain Matthew Owen makes his debut at 13.

Sion James returns at Blindside Flanker and the front row is unchanged. Richie Williams leads the side from Hooker.

Tycroes sit 10th in Division One West with 10 points from 8 matches. Today’s visitors ‘The Seasiders’ are just ahead in 8th place with 16 points from 9 league encounters this season.

Tycroes beat today’s visitors Tenby United 29-24 at Cae Gelli back in March this year.

We would like to take this opportunity to gently remind club members, away spectators and all other visitors that the club has a strict NO DOGS allowed policy.

With players & spectators safety in mind, the Committee has banned dogs from the grounds and premises of Tycroes Rugby Football Club. Many Thanks.
