Tycroes welcome Carmarthen Athletic in Admiral National Two West tomorrow afternoon (Kick Off 2:30pm)

The Rams will be looking to build on last weekend's thrilling 38-29 bonus point win against Milford Haven and record back-to-back league wins for the first time this season.

We have lost the last 4 league matches against tomorrow's visitors Carmarthen Athletic including the 22-14 defeat in our last and most recent meeting at Johnstown's Athletic Park back in May.

The Red and Blacks have lost 3 out of their last 4 visits to Cae Gelli but did win last seasons fixture with a narrow 25-31 victory back in April on route to a rare league double. 

Tycroes Seconds also return to action tomorrow afternoon in a Cae Gelli double-header as they take on their Carmarthen Athletic counterparts (2:15pm)

We make 4 changes to the side that beat Milford Haven last weekend. Jac Griffiths starts on the wing, Harry Evans returns at scrum half with Cian Trevelyan on the bench. Dan Thomas reverts to full back and Geraint Rees wears ten. 

Zac Rees comes in at tighthead prop and packs down alongside Shane Roberts and James Thomas in the front row. Tom Fulcher continues in the second row but is paired with Dylan Lewis who moves up from the back row. Joe James makes his first start wearing number 6. Sam Icke captains the side.
