Tycroes welcome Llandeilo in Admiral National Three West this afternoon afternoon (Kick Off 2:30pm)

We return to action following the International break. Fixtures between the two have been few and far between in recent seasons. Tycroes and Llandeilo meet for the first time in 9 years.

We have won the last 3 fixtures with Llandeilo including the 32-11 success in our last and most recent encounter at Cae Gelli back in 2015.

The in-form Rams have won the last 6 home games and all 5 this season will be looking for a 7th consecutive Cae Gelli victory for the first time since 2017, a ground our visitors have lost their last 2 visits and not won at since 2008.

Llandeilo have won 3 out of their 8 league fixtures this season but have won their last 2 since the narrow defeat against Haverfordwest earlier this month.

There are 7 changes to the side that beat Llangadog last time out. Geraint Rees and Aled James start at halfbacks. Jac Griffiths replaces Elgan Griffiths on the wing. Dylan Lewis moves from second row to openside flanker alongside Lee Bradley making his first start at number 6. 

Shane Roberts returns at hooker and Rhodri Jones moves across the scrum and starts at tighthead. Callum Davies and Tom Cooksey are paired for the first time together at second row.
