Tycroes head West to face Cardigan in Admiral National Three West tomorrow afternoon (Kick Off 2:30pm)

The buoyant Rams will be looking to build on last weekend's emphatic top-of-the-table 13 try thriller against previously unbeaten Tumble.

The league leaders, top points scorers (259) and top try-scorers (38) are now the only National 3 West team with 100% record intact.

Fixtures between the two have been few and far between in recent seasons. We have won 2 out of the last 3 meetings with Cardigan including a 38-33 thriller at Cae Gelli in the last and most recent encounter back in 2015 but were beaten 38-26 on our last visit to the Cardigan coast 11 years ago.

In-form Tycroes will be looking for a 7th consecutive win for the first time since 2017.

Our hosts tomorrow have lost just 1 of their last 9 league matches at home, a narrow 29-31 defeat to second place Tumble last month.

There are 5 changes to the starting lineup that beat Tumble last time out. Outside Half Geraint Rees, wing Jac Griffiths and centre Mike Rees are handed starrts, with Rhys Tench moving from 10 to 15 and Dan Thomas reverts to wing. 

In the pack, Steff Thomas returns at loosehead and Dylan Lewis in the second-row. The back-row is retained and Sion James captains the league leaders.
