Notice to all Members, the Annual General Meeting of Clwb Rygbi Tycroes RFC Ltd will take place on Thursday September 24th 2020 at 7.00 PM. All Welcome. Croseo I bawb.
Nominations for committee and officials must be with the secretary by Thursday 10th September 2020 at the latest.
Nomination papers must include the candidate’s name, the name of the proposer and seconder along with their signatures and club membership number in order to ascertain that their membership is up to date.
Any member wishing to put forward a motion for discussion at the meeting should do so in writing and handed in by September 10th at the latest with the notice of motion containing the names of the proposer and seconder along with their signatures and club membership number.
Once this information is to hand, an agenda will be posted on the club notice boards.
